Self Determination Coaching

The NLACRC’s self-determination program provides eligible individuals with AT NO COST Coaching to its consumers. This is an empowering chance to take control of their support services. By enabling participants to develop and implement personalized plans that cater to their unique needs and preferences, the program prioritizes a person-centered approach.

Each participant is granted an individualized budget that they can manage independently, allowing them to ensure that their services align with their lifestyle and aspirations. This initiative is designed to foster independence, equipping individuals with the ability to make decisions that significantly affect their quality of life.
