GROW WITH CALIFORNIAS SELF DETERMINATION PROGRAM (SDP)
The self-determination program offered by NLACRC empowers eligible participants to take control over their support and services through the development of personalized plans.
Each participant is given an individualized budget, allowing them to make choices that align with their unique needs and preferences, all while adhering to established program guidelines.
This initiative fosters independence and promotes a more fulfilling life for individuals with developmental disabilities.
